Electronic Giving

Don’t like to use cash or checks anymore?  We have now made it possible for you to give offerings and donations to Trinity electronically, thanks to a partnership with PushPay.  Through their service, you can give your offering via computer or smart-phone, using a credit card, debit card, or direct withdrawal from a bank account.  You can set up a one-time gift or a recurring weekly or monthly offering.  Donations can be designated for our General Fund, Building Fund, or Missions, and you will still receive your regular year-end statements for tax purposes.  To get started, text TRINITYREDBUD to 77977.  PushPay will text back right away to walk you through the set-up process, which takes only a few minutes.  Thank you for your continued support of Trinity. You can also use the online giving tab at the top of the screen.

Reformation at the Seminary

The "three solas" of the Reformation will be in the spotlight as Concordia Seminary, St Louis hosts the 500th Anniversary Reformation Service at 7 P.m. Tuesday, October 31, in the Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus

Something for the men

One of the sugesstions for the 175th anniversary celebration was to bring back the chicken soup cooked in the kettle.  Plans are to have it in November.  It will be an opportunity for the men in the congregation to get involved.  More details will follw as the time approaches.

World Relief Blankets

For the past year, ,members of the congregation have been working hard to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief.  The goas was to complete 175 in honor of the church anniversary.  After they were all accounted for, there are over 200.  The exact number will be given after they are all sent and distributed.  Mission quilts not only provide warmth but act as a baby carrier, a market blanket piled with odds that suppoort a family or a room divider that gives privacy to a family living in emergency shelter.  Quilts will be also be distributed to various local agencies.
